Steve brings 25 years of hands-on experience with the human body — as a Physical Therapist, Strength & Conditioning, and Level 2 Endurance Coach. He has lectured in physiology, anatomy, neurology, injury prevention, and biomechanics, and holds an MSc in Sports Performance from the University of Limerick, awarded with the Pat Duffy Prize for Student Excellence.

Whether you're a competitive athlete, a committed weekend warrior, or someone taking their first steps — Steve has the expertise to give you the edge, accelerate your return to form, or build the right foundation from the start.

He works with athletes at every level, from those beginning structured training for the first time to competitive athletes chasing a performance ceiling. That breadth of expertise across coaching, clinical practice, and sport science means your programme is built on all three, not just one.

A collaborative approach is also welcomed. Steve is happy to work directly with your existing coach, sharing test data, metabolic results, and zone prescriptions so they can be applied within your current training programme.

This is also the foundation behind our Performance Profiling service, metabolic testing interpreted not just by a lab technician, but by a coach who will turn your data into a training plan, a fueling strategy, and a performance roadmap built around your goals.

You will leave with a clear plan, real confidence, and the knowledge to make it happen.
